Tailored technology solutions
Frequently asked questions
What we are asked most often before starting. If your question is not here, write to us — you do not need a technical brief to ask it.
How does a first project start?
With a conversation, not a document. You tell us what is happening in the business and what is in the way. You do not need a technical brief, and you do not need to know which technology to ask for.
From there we follow the same order on every project: listen, understand, recommend, agree, build, then transfer and evolve. The recommendation may be simpler than what you first asked for; if that is the case, we say so.
Who owns the site, the accounts, and the code?
Yours. Accounts are created so that you keep control. If you create them, control is yours from the first day and you add us as collaborators. If we configure them, they transfer to you in full after final payment and publication.
The site and the assets created are delivered after full payment: code, design, files, configurations, credentials, and access, subject to the third-party components described in the agreement.
What do the two rounds of adjustments include?
Two rounds of reasonable adjustments are included before publishing. They are for refining what was agreed: copy, images, the order of sections, presentation details.
New pages, new sections, or a change of direction outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. We tell you before doing it, not after.
What happens if we ask for something that was not in the agreement?
It is explained and quoted before it is done. Anything not expressly included is out of scope, and the scope and its changes stay visible throughout the project.
This is not a barrier; it is how we avoid the surprise invoice. You get to decide with the number in front of you.
How do we communicate during the project?
We keep a direct channel open during the project, and we communicate clearly about any question, pause, or change of scope.
Do you work in English or Spanish?
Both. The team works from Mexico in hours that overlap with United States business hours, so a question asked in the morning does not wait until the next day to be read.
The MIZCOR website exists in full in both languages for the same reason: if your business serves customers in English and Spanish, your provider should be able to do the same.
Do you work with businesses outside the United States?
Yes. Our published work is for businesses in the United States, which is our main focus, and we also work with businesses in Mexico. For projects in Mexico, we issue a Mexican tax invoice (CFDI). If your business is in another country, write to us and we'll talk it through.
What if we already have a site, domain, or hosting?
We start there. What already exists is part of the diagnosis, not something to be discarded by default: sometimes the right move is to adapt the platform you already pay for, and sometimes it is to replace it. That decision is made with the context in front of us, not before seeing it.
If the domain or the hosting is in someone else's name, sorting that out is part of the work. The final handover includes leaving the accounts in your name.
Let’s start by understanding the problem.
The first conversation is about understanding the business, the goal, and the context. If there’s a way we can help, we’ll work out the next step together.
