What information we receive
When you send the contact form we receive your name, your email address and your description of the situation, which are required, and the type of need you choose. If you choose to give them, we also receive your company name, your current website, your phone number with your country's dialing code, when you would like to start, and how you prefer to be contacted (and, if you choose “Other”, the channel you write in). The form also sends the page's language and your acceptance of this notice, without which it cannot be sent.
How MIZCOR uses your information
MIZCOR collects the information you share solely to respond to your request, evaluate the project, prepare a proposal, and follow up.
The emails that are sent
Your full request reaches the MIZCOR team by email and stays in its mailbox. We also send an automatic confirmation email to the address you entered; it includes your first name and, if you gave them, the type of need, the timing and the contact channel you chose. If you reply to it, your reply reaches the team.
Technical providers
The site is served from Cloudflare Pages and the form is processed on Cloudflare Workers. Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person; for that check, Cloudflare receives your IP address. Both emails are sent through Resend.
Technical records
Cloudflare keeps a technical record of each request the form receives: the request's address and method, the time, and connection metadata that can include your IP address. According to Cloudflare's documentation, these records are kept for at most seven days. The messages our own code writes to those records contain only an event name and status codes, never the content of the form. To limit abuse, the server counts the submissions from each IP address for ten minutes; that count lives only in memory and is not stored.
